JACK LENOR LARSEN WEST VILLAGE LOFT
These sofas are Dunbar from the 1950’s that hold a market value of $20,000.00 each. My client purchased one sofa from an auction at a really great price of $2600.00, but it needed the springs replaced, the frame tightened and new foam.
We repaired and recovered both sofas in matching fabrics. Now the sofas will last another 60 years If taken care of properly.
Today clients buy furniture from Auctions and Antique Shops that needs a little love and care. A savvy shopper can find fine furniture from the past that will hold on to its value as an investment and just keep appreciating with time.
